Mr. Everhardt was previously a Senior Vice President and Corporate Compliance Executive for Bank of America. His responsibilities there included the corporate-wide administration of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and Escheatment Compliance Programs. Nelson is an expert on anti-money laundering compliance programs and he is a frequent speaker at global industry and government conferences on compliance and regulatory topics.
