About Our Speaker
Donald R. Cassling is a partner and commercial trial lawyer in Quarles & Brady LLP’s Chicago office with a national practice representing and counseling clients on a wide variety of commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and intellectual property matters. For nearly five years, Mr. Cassling has been the “Banking Briefs” columnist for The Banking Law Journal. In that role, he has reviewed thousands of cases for possible inclusion in the column, selecting more than 300. Mr. Cassling is also the co-author of Uniform Commercial Code, with Illinois Code Comments (West); Uniform Laws Annotate—UCC Forms and Materials (West) and Illinois Practice—Uniform Commercial Code Forms Annotated (West).
