About Our Speaker
Annemaria D. Allen has an extensive background in the mortgage lending industry. Mrs. Allen served for several years as the compliance manager for a top high loan to value investor/originator. Mrs. Allen is currently the president of The Compliance Group, Inc. a consulting firm out of San Diego California specializing in Multi-State Compliance, Quality Assurance and Federal regulations. In addition, Mrs. Allen has moved over Multi-State Licensing from The Compliance Group, Inc. and has formed a new company called The Mortgage Licensing Group, Inc. where she is currently the Executive Vice President. Mrs. Allen’s past experiences includes working for several multi-billion dollar mortgage lending companies, Wall Street investment firms and national banks in leading rolls such as equity research in the top 15 stocks in the United States, appraising, underwriting, processing and funding.
