The Bank Secrecy Act requires financial institutions to be compliant and up-to-date with the law and all of its related regulations. With the complexity of BSA-related requirements, it can be difficult to keep up with ongoing changes and know which areas to prioritize.
Join this interactive audio conference where we identify the top 5 BSA areas that are at the top of the regulators’ agendas and tell you how to meet their expectations. You can be sure that your regulators will closely scrutinize your BSA program to be sure that you are proactively addressing these top five areas:
- Suspicious Activity Reporting
- Customer Identification Programs
- Risk Matrices
- Reports to the Board
- Audits and Training
The program includes a 30-minute Q&A session following each session. Listen in and get the chance to ask your specific questions!
Registration Includes:
- Admittance to the 90-minute call for as many people as you can fit in a room with a speakerphone
- Access to the specially created presentation handouts (made available 48 hours in advance)
- Participation in the 30-minute live Q&A with the speaker following the presentation
- Certificates of attendance for all audio conference attendees
