About the Author

Steven A. Meyerowitz is a graduate of Harvard Law School. Mr. Meyerowitz was an attorney for a prominent Wall Street law firm for nearly five years before founding Meyerowitz Communications Inc., a law firm marketing communications consulting company that works with some of the largest and most successful law firms in the country. Mr. Meyerowitz specializes in helping lawyers write, produce and place their bylined articles, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing materials, and in integrating publications into a firm’s overall marketing program. He has written scores of articles on law firm marketing and management for publications including The New York Times and the ABA Journal, and is a columnist for the New York Law Journal, a contributing writer for The Pennsylvania Lawyer Magazine (published by the Pennsylvania Bar Association), Marketing Law Editor of Marketing Management Magazine (published by the American Marketing Association) and managing editor of the Federal Bar Council News. In addition, he is the author of a book on marketing, sales and advertising law. Based in Northport, New York, Mr. Meyerowitz is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association, a Trustee of the Harvard Law School Club of Long Island and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Northport-East Northport School District.
